Aligning to Our Truth Can Take Time

So often, we move along so fast in life that we forget to sit with our inner truth. So many helpful, supportive, and well-intended people share their experience, expertise and skills. It can feel like a blessing at the time, and it is, yet it may not align with who you are or what you are trying to create. Our body, mind, and Spirit can get confused, creating chaos.

There's no need to judge ourselves or anyone when we give our will and truth away and find ourselves on a path or in an experience we didn't intend. The decisions and systems supporting that experience are often out of alignment with our energy, frequency and true soul's desire. We simply skipped a step in the journey, and there is always time to correct it. We move from inspiration to action, and often, we forget to check in with our original intent/purpose. That's our responsibility, so no blame or judgment; try to see it as a blessing or an opportunity!

This experience is so normal - hear me, it's normal! I share my most recent experience when I was so overwhelmed I missed the step of asking about alignment. I hope you'll feel and hear compassion for yourself and your journey.

I've struggled with accepting how 'weird' or 'odd' I am. I love it, yet when it comes to logic, my brain can take over and grab onto ideas that people suggest.

The suggestions and advice are given with love, yet they come into my body, mind and Spirit with "I should." So that's my work to own. I had to check my triggers, my fear, and past experiences to find and start to heal that inner voice of "I should."

I was excited to set up an official business and felt called to do so. It's time for me to be available and visible so others know they have an ally along the journey.

What I often forget is that I am weird, and I like it! I am passionate about energy work and the unseen world. I have beautiful gifts from the Divine to support myself and others. Energy, Frequency, and Vibration do not show up in the "normal" expected ways. I am not a massage therapist. I am not a practitioner who needs a lot of structure with time length or even types of services. It's more intuitive and Spirit-driven, which often doesn't fit in a timed session.

Spirit gave me this opportunity and insight by renting a room in an established wellness spa. I'm eternally grateful for this deepening. Because I was overwhelmed with life, my " go-to" mode is "fit in!" I don't need to fit in; I need to stand out! Shine my light and leave the rest to the Divine. I'm so blessed to be with other women, building their businesses, finding their truth, and figuring out their boundaries.

Energy-focused and soul-driven sessions have an open, Spirit-driven timeline. As the holder and facilitator of this kind of healing, I listen to all the subtle and concrete messages. It often doesn't fit within a 45-minute, 60-minute, or even 90-minute time slot. I'll frequently ask the client, "Do you have a hard stop for our session?" Often, the session includes talking and sharing before and after the table time.

I am an Energy Healer, meaning I support others in embracing their soul's wisdom. I also help people release and embrace what is most needed for their body, mind and Spirit. I am a sacred space creator, so the journey is held in soothing, safe, and blessed energy, and now, in a physical location.

It's hard to describe how my energy shifted once I accepted this truth. I feel more expanded, and my heart channel is open and flowing in a way I haven't felt before. My desire and passion have grown, and I feel more committed.
