About the Author

Dani Palacio is a multifaceted guide, a spiritual intuitive, and a woman who has lived many lives in one. Growing up mixed-race in Minnesota, Dani navigated the crushing weight of feeling like a cultural imposter. To survive, she learned to shrink herself, hiding her sensitive, empathic nature behind a mask of perfectionism. It wasn’t a lack of spirituality that held her back, but a fear of her own truth; the exhaustion of feeling like a fraud eventually led to a physical and emotional breakdown. In that darkness, she made the choice to stop running from the Divine Plan out of fear and instead devote herself to it with courage.
 

Now a Reiki Master, Energy Healing Practitioner, and host of the “A Waking Moment” podcast, Dani uses her journey to help others alchemize their pain into power. She brings a unique grounding to this spiritual work, backed by a distinguished 25-year career in strategic marketing and communications, where she honed the deep listening skills she now uses to facilitate healing.
 

Through her passion project, Hola Amor Company, Dani creates a sacred space for clients to heal ancestral wounds and listen to their body-led wisdom. Her memoir, Hola Brave Girl, is the culmination of a life spent traveling from the conference rooms of global corporations to the ancient energies of Peru and Japan. Based in the Pacific Northwest, she draws strength from the ocean and forests, guiding others to leave behind their labels and live wildly authentic lives.
