Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

 

Booking an appointment with me obligates you to these terms.

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling/rescheduling an appointment. This allows someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24-hour advance notice, you will be charged 50% of your session. This amount must be paid upon request.

 

24-hour advance notice is required to modify your appointment. If you need to shorten your appointment, 24-hour notice is required; otherwise, the full amount will be due, even if you forgo some time in your session.

 

No-shows:

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged 100% of your “missed” appointment. This amount must be paid upon request.

 

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, I will determine whether there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the actual length of the session, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for me, my business and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

First-time customers will be given a copy of this policy and asked to sign an agreement to abide by it.
