Sunday Morning Share (Video)

It's Sunday morning and I'm sitting in my kitchen with Violet enjoying a cup of coffee. I did my daily check in and clearing to allow myself to be fully present. I then felt a desire to pick up my phone, turn on the video and start talking. I wasn't even sure if I would really share it but quickly realized that it's documentation for who I am and where I am in that moment.

It's raw, in the moment, no makeup and rather bad lighting but who cares! I invite you to listen and allow.
