For the past 10 years, I have contemplated, strived, and created a sacred life. It was challenging. It was filled with many dark nights of the soul, euphoric inspiration, passionate love, the death of who I thought I was and the birth of who I aspire to be. Yet the single thing that strikes me the most is that it is a journey! I am nowhere near complete, and at times that fills me with excitement and, at other times, terrifying.
I met a Peruvian Q'ero Shaman named Puma. He looked me in the eyes and, with passion

and truth, told me that my life would not be complete until I understood and lived life as sacred. My soul and body responded with a quivering resonance that I have never forgotten. His truth was powerful and simple, "Everything is sacred!" Everything from doing the dishes, to cooking, to your soul's gifts is sacred. It's a shift in perspective, surrender, and acceptance that I AM SACRED.
These last few years have felt lonely as people have stayed inside, worked remotely, limited traveling and the health pressures of a pandemic. So I open my life, experiences, and insights into the sacred. This blog allows me to capture more of that journey, offering my insights and hopefully creating community. As time goes by, I'll share the ins and outs, the ups and downs - everything.
